Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface near power outlet.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; wait for system registration.

Making and Receiving Calls

Basic call functions for daily use.

  1. Make call: Lift handset or press SPEAKER, dial number, press DIAL or wait.
  2. Answer call: Lift handset, press SPEAKER, or press line key flashing.
  3. End call: Replace handset or press SPEAKER/END button.
  4. Hold: Press HOLD button; resume by pressing same line key.
  5. Transfer: During call, press TRANSFER, dial destination, press TRANSFER again.
  6. Conference: During call, press CONFERENCE, dial third party, press CONFERENCE again.
  7. Redial: Press REDIAL or access from call log.
  8. Mute: Press MUTE during call to mute microphone.

WARNING! Emergency calls may require different procedures; check with administrator.

Advanced Features

Call Forwarding: Program via menu or codes. Do Not Disturb: Activate to send calls directly to voicemail. Speed Dial: Program frequently dialed numbers to feature keys. Call Log: Access missed, received, and dialed calls. Voicemail: Access by pressing voicemail key or dialing extension.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug power before cleaning. Use slightly damp cloth; avoid liquids entering openings.
