Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

  1. Connect to network: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN port to network switch.
  2. Connect PC: Use second Ethernet cable from PC port to computer (optional).
  3. Apply power: Use PoE from switch or connect external power adapter.
  4. Connect handset: Plug coiled handset cord into handset jack.
  5. Connect headset: Plug into headset jack if required (optional).

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network configuration: Phone may obtain IP address automatically via DHCP.

  4. Time and date: Set automatically from server or manually via menu.

Basic Call Handling

Making and receiving calls.

  1. Make call: Lift handset or press SPEAKERPHONE, dial number, press DIAL or wait.
  2. Answer call: Lift handset, press SPEAKERPHONE, or press corresponding line key.
  3. End call: Replace handset or press SPEAKERPHONE.
  4. Hold: Press HOLD button; resume by pressing same line key.
  5. Mute: Press MUTE during active call; press again to unmute.
  6. Transfer: During call, press TRANSFER, dial target number, press TRANSFER again.
  7. Conference: During call, press CONFERENCE, dial second party, press CONFERENCE again to merge.

WARNING! Emergency calls may require direct connection. Verify with administrator.

Advanced Features

Speed Dial: Program keys for one-touch dialing. Call Forwarding: Activate via menu or feature code. Call Logs: View missed, received, dialed calls. Headset Mode: Toggle between handset and headset.

Care & Cleaning
