Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable desk surface.

  1. Connect to network: Plug the telephone line cable into the wall jack and the phone's LINE port.
  2. Connect handset: Attach coiled cord to handset and HANDSET port on phone.
  3. Connect power: Use provided power adapter (if required by system).
  4. Optional headset: Plug headset into 2.5mm jack on side of phone.

WARNING! Use only approved power adapter. Ensure cables are not pinched or damaged.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow system prompts.

  1. System registration: Phone should auto-register with IP Office system; check with administrator.
  2. Set date/time: Configure via phone menu or system administrator.
  3. Program buttons: Use ADMIN menu to assign functions to programmable keys.

Advanced Call Features

  1. Make call: Lift handset or press SPEAKER, dial number.
  2. Answer call: Lift handset, press SPEAKER, or press flashing line key.
  3. Hold: Press HOLD button; resume by pressing same line key.
  4. Transfer: During call, press TRANSFER, dial target, press TRANSFER again.
  5. Conference: During call, press CONFERENCE, dial participant, press CONFERENCE to join.
  6. Call Forward: Program via menu or feature code (*72 forward on, *73 cancel).
  7. Speed Dial: Store numbers on programmable keys for one-touch dialing.
  8. Call Log: Access missed, received, and dialed calls via menu.

WARNING! Do not use phone during electrical storms. Unplug during lightning activity.

Accessibility Features

Visual Alerts: Flashing LED for incoming calls/messages. Audio Adjustments: Variable ringer volume and tone. TTY Compatible: Can be used with TTY devices with proper adapter.

Care & Cleaning
