Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable desk surface.

  1. Connect to network: Use Ethernet cable from LAN port to network switch.
  2. Connect PC: Use second Ethernet cable from PC port to computer (optional).
  3. Connect handset: Plug handset cord into handset jack.
  4. Connect power: Use provided power adapter or Power over Ethernet (PoE).

WARNING! Use only approved power adapter. Ensure proper ventilation around device.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow initialization prompts.

  1. Network registration: Phone will automatically obtain IP and register with call server.
  2. Set language: Press Settings button, select Language, choose preferred language.
  3. Program keys: Use admin interface or phone menu to assign functions to programmable keys.
  4. Configure user preferences: Set time/date, ring tones, display contrast.

  4. Transfer: Press Transfer, dial target, press Transfer again.
  5. Conference: Press Conference, dial first party, press Conference again, dial second party.
  6. Call Forward: Program via menu or feature code.
  7. Voicemail: Press Voicemail key or dial access number.
  8. Redial: Press Redial button for last dialed number.

WARNING! Emergency calls may require direct line connection. Verify with administrator.
