Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (Cat5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (included)
  • Network switch/router
  • Screwdriver (for wall mount)
  • IP Office System Manager software

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near network connection and power outlet on a stable, flat surface.
  2. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check contents against packing list.
  3. Connect Network Cable: Connect Ethernet cable from phone to network switch or router port.
  4. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the phone and plug into a power outlet.
  5. Initial Boot: Allow phone to boot up completely (approximately 2-3 minutes).
  6. Configuration: Configure phone settings through IP Office System Manager or web interface.
  7. Test Functionality: Test basic functions including dial tone, calling, and feature buttons.
Warning: All network configurations must be performed by qualified personnel to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage.
