Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (Cat5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (if not using PoE)
  • Network switch with PoE support
  • Screwdriver (for wall mounting)
  • Level (optional)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and verify all components are present.
  2. Connect to Network: Connect the Ethernet cable from the phone to your network switch or router.
  3. Power Connection: If using Power over Ethernet (PoE), ensure your switch provides PoE. Otherwise, connect the power adapter.
  4. Handset and Cables: Connect the handset cord to the handset port and the network cable to the LAN port.
  5. Power On: Press the power button or wait for PoE to activate the phone.
  6. Initial Configuration: Follow the on-screen prompts to configure basic settings and network parameters.
  7. Test Functions: Make a test call to verify audio quality and all features are working properly.

Troubleshooting

  • DHCP FAIL: IP address assignment failed - Check DHCP server
