Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location near network connection with adequate ventilation and accessibility.
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check for any visible damage to the device.
- Network Connection: Connect the Ethernet cable from the network switch to the LAN port on the IP Deskphone.
- Power Connection: If using PoE, ensure your switch provides adequate power. Otherwise, connect the power adapter.
- Handset and Accessories: Connect the handset cord to the designated port and attach any additional accessories.
- Power On: Press the power button or wait for PoE initialization. The phone will begin its boot sequence.
- Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts to configure network settings or wait for automatic provisioning.
- Test Functionality: Make a test call to verify audio quality and all features are working properly.
