Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (Cat5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (if not using PoE)
  • Network switch with PoE support
  • Screwdriver (for wall mounting)
  • Network configuration details

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near network connection with adequate ventilation and accessibility.
  2. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check for any visible damage to the device.
  3. Network Connection: Connect the Ethernet cable from the network switch to the LAN port on the IP Deskphone.
  4. Power Connection: If using PoE, ensure your switch provides adequate power. Otherwise, connect the power adapter.
  5. Handset and Accessories: Connect the handset cord to the designated port and attach any additional accessories.
  6. Power On: Press the power button or wait for PoE initialization. The phone will begin its boot sequence.
  7. Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts to configure network settings or wait for automatic provisioning.
  8. Test Functionality: Make a test call to verify audio quality and all features are working properly.
Warning: All network installations must be performed by qualified personnel to ensure proper configuration and security.
