Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface near power and network connection.

  1. Connect to network: Use provided Ethernet cable to connect phone to IP Office system or network switch.
  2. Connect handset: Attach coiled handset cord to handset and base.
  3. Connect power: Use provided power adapter or Power over Ethernet (PoE) if supported.
  4. Connect headset: Plug 2.5mm headset into jack on side of phone.

WARNING! Use only approved power adapter. Ensure network cables are securely connected.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network registration: Phone will automatically attempt to register with IP Office system.
  2. Set display language: Press Menu, navigate to Settings > Language, select preferred language.
  3. Program feature keys: Press and hold programmable key, follow prompts to assign function.
  4. Adjust volume: Use volume keys to set ringer, speaker, and handset levels.

  2. Answer call: Lift handset, press Speakerphone, or press Answer softkey.
  3. Hold: Press Hold key to place call on hold; press again to retrieve.
  4. Transfer: During call, press Transfer, dial target number, press Transfer again.
  5. Conference: During call, press Conference, dial second party, press Conference again to connect.
  6. Voicemail: Press Message key or dial voicemail access number.
  7. Speed Dial: Press programmed speed dial key or dial speed dial code.
  8. Call Forward: Program via menu or dial feature code.

WARNING! Do not use damaged handset cords. Keep liquids away from phone.

Accessibility Features
