Installation Guide

Prerequisites:

  • Windows 10/11 or Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
  • Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 8 or later
  • Administrator privileges on the local machine
  • Network connectivity to IP Office system
  • Valid IP Office license file

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Download Software: Obtain the latest IP Office Manager software from the Avaya support website or your distributor.
  2. Run Installer: Execute the setup file and follow the installation wizard prompts.
  3. Accept License Agreement: Read and accept the Avaya license agreement to proceed with installation.
  4. Choose Installation Location: Select the destination folder for the IP Office Manager files.
  5. Configure Java Settings: Ensure Java is properly configured and security settings allow the application to run.
  6. Launch Application: Start IP Office Manager from the Start menu or desktop shortcut.
  7. Initial Configuration: Configure connection settings to your IP Office system.
Warning: Always backup your configuration before making changes. Incorrect settings may disrupt telephone services.
