System Administration

Installation Guide

System Requirements:

  • Windows 10/11 or Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
  • Minimum 4GB RAM (8GB recommended)
  • 2GB free disk space
  • Administrator privileges
  • Network connectivity to IP Office system

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Download Software: Obtain the latest IP Office Manager software from the Avaya support website.
  2. Run Installer: Execute the setup file and follow the installation wizard prompts.
  3. System Configuration: Configure connection settings to match your IP Office system parameters.
  4. License Activation: Apply your license file to enable all features and extensions.
