Installation Guide

System Requirements:

  • Windows 10/11 (64-bit)
  • 4GB RAM minimum (8GB recommended)
  • 2GB free disk space

  • Network connectivity to IP Office system

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Download Software: Obtain the latest IP Office Manager software from the Avaya support website or installation media.
  2. Run Installer: Execute the setup.exe file with administrator privileges on your Windows computer.
  3. Accept License Agreement: Read and accept the End User License Agreement to proceed with installation.
  4. Choose Installation Type: Select typical installation for most users or custom installation for advanced configuration.
  5. Configure Firewall: Allow IP Office Manager through Windows Firewall to enable network communication.
  6. Install Drivers: The installer will automatically install necessary USB and serial port drivers for direct connections.
  7. Complete Installation: Finish the installation and launch IP Office Manager from the Start menu or desktop shortcut.
Warning: Ensure you have a valid license file before attempting to configure or modify any IP Office system settings.
