Installation Guide

System Requirements:

  • Windows 10/11 (64-bit)
  • 4GB RAM minimum (8GB recommended)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. System Preparation: Ensure your PC meets the minimum system requirements and has network access to the IP Office system.
  2. Download Software: Download the latest IP Office Manager software from the Avaya support website.
  3. Run Installer: Execute the setup.exe file and follow the installation wizard prompts.
  4. Configure Connection: Launch IP Office Manager and configure the connection to your IP Office system using the correct IP address.
