Installation Guide

System Requirements:

  • Windows 10 or Windows Server 2016/2019
  • Minimum 4GB RAM (8GB recommended)
  • 2GHz processor or faster
  • 500MB available disk space
  • Network connection to IP Office system

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. System Preparation: Ensure your computer meets the minimum system requirements and has network access to the IP Office server.
  2. Download Software: Obtain the latest Phone Manager installation package from the Avaya support website.
  3. Run Installer: Execute the setup.exe file and follow the on-screen installation wizard instructions.
  4. Configure Connection: Enter the IP address or hostname of your IP Office server when prompted during installation.
  5. User Configuration: Configure user credentials and extension settings according to your system administrator's guidelines.
  6. Integration Setup: Configure integration with Microsoft Outlook or other supported applications if required.
