Step-by-Step Installation
- Network Preparation: Ensure your network switch supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) or have the appropriate power adapter ready.
- Physical Connection: Connect the Ethernet cable from the phone to the network switch or PoE injector.
- Power On: The phone will power up automatically if connected to PoE, otherwise connect the power adapter.
- System Registration: Wait for the phone to obtain an IP address via DHCP and register with the IP Office system.
- Extension Assignment: Contact your system administrator to assign an extension number to the phone.
- Configuration: Configure user settings through the phone's web interface or IP Office Manager software.
- Test Call: Make a test call to verify audio quality and functionality.
