Installation

WARNING! Use only approved power adapter. Ensure cables are securely connected.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network registration: Phone will attempt to obtain IP address and register with server.
  2. Configure settings: Use phone menu or web interface to set language, time, and user preferences.
  3. Program feature keys: Assign functions (speed dial, call forwarding, etc.) to programmable keys.

Making and Receiving Calls

Basic call functions: dial, answer, hold, transfer, conference.

  3. Hold call: Press HOLD button; resume by pressing same line key.
  4. Transfer call: During active call, press TRANSFER, dial target, press TRANSFER again.
  5. Conference call: During active call, press CONFERENCE, dial participant, press CONFERENCE again to connect.
  6. End call: Hang up handset or press SPEAKER/OFF button.

WARNING! Do not use damaged handset cords. Replace if frayed.

Advanced Features

Call Forwarding: Set via menu or programmable key to forward calls to another number. Voicemail: Access by pressing voicemail key or dialing voicemail number. Speed Dial: Program frequently called numbers to feature keys. Headset Mode: Enable for hands-free operation via headset jack.
