Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Choose location near power outlet and network jack.

  1. Connect to network: Plug line cord into wall jack and phone LINE port.
  2. Connect power: Plug power adapter into phone and AC outlet.
  3. Attach handset: Connect coiled cord to handset and phone.
  4. Mount on wall (optional): Use mounting bracket if desired.

WARNING! Use only approved power adapter. Ensure cables are not pinched or damaged.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; wait for initialization.

  1. Check display: Should show extension number and date/time.
  2. Set language: Press MENU, navigate to LANGUAGE, select ENGLISH.
  3. Adjust volume: Use volume keys for ringer, speaker, handset.
  4. Program buttons: Assign features or speed dial numbers via ADMIN menu.

Connecting to Network

  2. Connect LINE cord to wall jack and phone LINE port.
  3. For PC connection, use data module between phone and PC.
  4. Power on system, then phone.

Tip: Verify system compatibility before installation.

Making and Receiving Calls

Supports internal and external calls.

  1. Make call: Lift handset or press SPEAKER, dial number.
  2. Answer call: Lift handset, press SPEAKER, or press flashing line button.
  3. End call: Hang up handset or press SPEAKER again.
  4. Hold: Press HOLD button; resume by pressing same line button.
  5. Transfer: Press TRANSFER, dial target, announce, press TRANSFER again.
  6. Conference: Press CONFERENCE, dial participant, press CONFERENCE to join.
  7. Redial: Press REDIAL or last number dialed softkey.
  8. Mute: Press MUTE during call to mute microphone.

WARNING! Do not use phone during electrical storms.

Advanced Features

Call Forwarding: Forward calls to another number via menu. Do Not Disturb: Silence ringer for incoming calls. Speed Dial: Program numbers to buttons for one-touch dialing. Call Logging: View missed, received, dialed calls.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug before cleaning. Use soft, dry cloth; avoid liquids and abrasive cleaners.

CAUTION! Do not spray cleaners directly on phone; keep away from moisture.
