Step-by-Step Installation
- Network Preparation: Ensure your network switch supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) or have the AC power adapter ready.
- Physical Connection: Connect the Ethernet cable from the phone to your network switch. For non-PoE switches, connect the power adapter.
- Phone Registration: Access the IP Office Manager software to register the phone's MAC address with your telephone system.
- Network Configuration: Configure VLAN settings if required by your network infrastructure for voice traffic prioritization.
- Extension Assignment: Assign a telephone extension number to the device through the administration console.
- Feature Configuration: Set up speed dials, call forwarding, voicemail, and other features as needed.
- Testing: Make test calls to verify audio quality and all configured features are working properly.
