Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable desk surface.

  1. Connect to network: Use Ethernet cable from switch to phone's LAN port.

  3. Connect handset: Plug coiled handset cord into handset jack.

First-Time Setup

Phone will boot and attempt to register with the communication server.

  1. Check registration: Look for extension number and "Registered" status on display.

  5. Conference: Press CONFERENCE, dial first party, press CONFERENCE again to connect.
  6. Call Forwarding: Access via Settings or press predefined button.
  7. Do Not Disturb: Activate to send calls directly to voicemail.
  8. Voicemail: Press MESSAGE button or dial voicemail access number.

WARNING! Do not use excessive force on buttons or handset cord.
