Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable desk surface.

  1. Connect to network: Plug the Ethernet cable from the phone's LAN port to the network jack.
  2. Connect power: Use the provided power adapter or PoE (Power over Ethernet) if supported.
  3. Connect handset: Attach coiled handset cord to handset and base.
  4. Connect headset: Plug 2.5mm headset into jack on side of phone (optional).

WARNING! Use only approved power adapter. Ensure cables are not pinched or damaged.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; wait for initialization.

  1. Check registration: Display should show extension number and "Registered" status.
  2. Set date/time: Usually configured automatically by the phone system.
  3. Program feature keys: Use ADMIN menu or system administrator to assign functions.
  4. Adjust volume: Use volume keys to set ringer, speaker, and handset levels.

  3. For PoE, ensure switch supports 802.3af and is configured properly.

Tip: Use Cat5e or better Ethernet cable for reliable connection.

Basic Call Handling

Making and receiving calls.

  1. Make call: Lift handset or press SPEAKER/HEADSET, dial number.
  2. Answer call: Lift handset, press SPEAKER, or press flashing line key.
  3. End call: Hang up handset or press SPEAKER/HEADSET again.
  4. Hold: Press HOLD button; press again or line key to retrieve.
  5. Mute: Press MUTE during call; press again to unmute.
  6. Transfer: During call, press TRANSFER, dial extension, press TRANSFER again or hang up.
  7. Conference: During call, press CONFERENCE, dial second party, press CONFERENCE again to connect all.

WARNING! Do not use excessive force on keys or handset.

Advanced Features

Speed Dial: Program numbers to feature keys. Call Forwarding: Activate via feature code or menu. Do Not Disturb: Press DND key or use menu. Call Logs: Access via MENU to view missed, received, dialed calls.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug power before cleaning. Use slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sprays.
