Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place phone on a stable, flat surface.

  1. Connect to network: Plug the line cord into the network jack (LAN) and the phone's LINE port.
  2. Connect handset: Attach the coiled handset cord to the handset and HANDSET port.
  3. Connect power: Plug the power adapter into the DC IN port and a wall outlet.
  4. Optional headset: Plug a headset into the HEADSET port.

WARNING! Use only the provided power adapter. Ensure cables are not pinched or damaged.

First-Time Setup

Power on the phone; it will boot and register with the telephone system.

  1. Check registration: The display should show your extension number and system name.
  2. Set date and time: Usually configured automatically by the system.

  3. For PoE, connect LAN cable to a PoE switch or injector.

Advanced Call Features

Supports standard and advanced telephony features.

  1. Make a call: Lift handset or press SPEAKER/HEADSET, dial number.
  2. Answer a call: Lift handset, press SPEAKER, or press the flashing line button.
  3. Hold: Press HOLD to place call on hold; press again or line button to retrieve.
  4. Transfer: Press TRANSFER, dial target number, announce, press TRANSFER again to complete.
  5. Conference: Press CONFERENCE, dial first party, press CONFERENCE again, dial second party, press CONFERENCE to connect all.
  6. Call Forwarding: Access via menu or feature code (e.g., *72).
  7. Speed Dial: Store numbers on programmable buttons for one-touch dialing.
  8. Redial: Press REDIAL to call last dialed number.

WARNING! Do not use excessive force on buttons or handset cord. Keep liquids away from phone.

Accessibility Features
