Step-by-Step Installation
- Network Preparation: Ensure your network supports VoIP and has DHCP server enabled for automatic IP assignment.
- Physical Connection: Connect the Ethernet cable from the network port to your PoE switch or router. For non-PoE setups, connect the power adapter.
- Phone Boot-up: Allow the phone to boot up completely. This may take 2-3 minutes as it obtains IP address and downloads configuration.
- Initial Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts to set language, time zone, and network preferences if required.
- Extension Registration: Enter your extension number and credentials as provided by your system administrator.
- Feature Button Programming: Configure speed dial, call forwarding, and other feature buttons according to your needs.
- Test Call: Make a test call to verify audio quality and feature functionality.
