Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface near network outlet.

  1. Connect to network: Use Ethernet cable from LAN port to network jack.
  2. Connect PC (optional): Use second Ethernet cable from PC port to computer.
  3. Power the phone: Use PoE from switch or optional power adapter.
  4. Connect handset: Plug coiled handset cord into handset jack.
  5. Connect headset (optional): Plug into headset jack.

First-Time Setup

Advanced Call Features

  1. Make call: Lift handset or press Speakerphone, dial number.
  2. Answer call: Lift handset, press Speakerphone, or press flashing line key.
  3. Hold: Press Hold button; resume by pressing held line key.
  4. Transfer: During call, press Transfer, dial target, press Transfer again.
  5. Conference: During call, press Conference, dial third party, press Conference again.
  6. Call Forward: Set via Options menu or feature code.
  7. Speed Dial: Program keys for one-touch dialing.
  8. Call Log: Access via "Log" button for missed, received, placed calls.

WARNING! Do not use excessive force on keys or handset cord.
