Key Features

Multiple Forwarding Types

Configure different forwarding rules for various scenarios: immediate forwarding for all calls, busy forwarding when on another call, no answer forwarding after specified rings, and follow-me sequential forwarding.

Time-Based Forwarding

Schedule call forwarding to activate automatically during specific times of day or days of the week, perfect for after-hours coverage or lunch breaks.

Remote Configuration

Configure call forwarding settings remotely through the Avaya IP Office Manager or web interface, allowing administrators to set up forwarding rules without physical access to the phone.

Follow Me Forwarding

Set up sequential forwarding to multiple numbers - if the first destination doesn't answer, the call automatically tries the next number in your sequence.

Visual Indicators

LED lights and on-screen icons clearly show when call forwarding is active, including which type of forwarding is currently enabled.

One-Touch Activation

Programmable buttons allow single-press activation of common forwarding destinations, making it quick to forward calls to frequently used numbers.

Forwarding Types Explained

Immediate Forwarding

All calls are immediately forwarded to the designated number without ringing your phone

Busy Forwarding

Calls forward only when your line is busy (on another call)

No Answer Forwarding

Calls forward after a specified number of rings if you don't answer

Follow Me

Sequentially tries multiple numbers until the call is answered

Time Schedule

Automatically activates/deactivates based on pre-set time schedules

Selective Forwarding

Forward only specific types of calls based on caller ID or call type

Can't cancel forwarding System issue, incorrect cancellation code Use *73 cancellation code, restart phone, contact administrator
Follow Me not sequencing properly Incorrect number sequence, timeout settings Reconfigure sequence order, adjust ring duration for each destination
No visual indication of active forwarding Display settings, LED configuration Check phone display settings, verify LED programming
