Installation & Setup

Unpack phone and verify contents. Connect to IP Office system.

  1. Connect to network: Use Ethernet cable to connect phone to switch or IP Office port.
  2. Connect handset: Plug coiled handset cord into handset jack.
  3. Connect power: Use provided power adapter or PoE (Power over Ethernet).
  4. Power on: Phone will boot and register with IP Office system.

WARNING! Use only approved power adapter. Ensure cables are securely connected.

Basic Operation

Power on phone; wait for registration confirmation.

  1. Make a call: Lift handset or press Speaker, dial number, press Dial or wait.
  2. Answer a call: Lift handset, press Speaker, or press flashing line button.
  3. End a call: Replace handset or press Speaker/End button.
  4. Adjust volume: Use Volume up/down buttons during call for speaker/handset/ringer.

CAUTION! Do not expose phone to liquids or extreme temperatures.

Front Panel: Display, programmable buttons, navigation cluster, fixed feature buttons.

Fixed Buttons: Hold, Conference, Transfer, Drop, Speaker, Mute, Volume up/down, Headset, Message.

Navigation: Up/Down/Left/Right arrows, Select, Exit, Menu. Programmable Buttons: Can be configured for line appearances, speed dial, call logging, feature access. Display: Shows caller ID, date/time, extension, menu options. LEDs: Red/Green indicators for line status (idle, ringing, in use).

Programming & Configuration

Access programming via IP Office Manager or phone menu.

  1. System programming: Use IP Office Manager to assign extension, lines, features.
  2. Phone menu: Press Menu button to access user settings (ring tones, contrast).
  3. Programmable buttons: Assign via Manager or using self-administration codes.
  4. Reset: Default settings via **## (star-star-pound-pound) or Manager.

Tip: Contact system administrator for programming changes.

Advanced Features

Supports call forwarding, conferencing, transfer, call park, do not disturb.

  1. Call Forward: Press Forward, enter destination, press Forward again.
  2. Conference: During call, press Conference, dial second party, press Conference again.
  3. Transfer: During call, press Transfer, dial destination, press Transfer again or hang up.
  4. Call Park: Press Park or dial park code; retrieve from any phone.
  5. Do Not Disturb: Press DND button or dial feature code to silence calls.
  6. Speed Dial: Program numbers to programmable buttons for one-touch dialing.
  7. Call Log: Access via Menu to view missed, received, dialed calls.

WARNING! Feature availability depends on system configuration.

Accessibility & Settings

Ring Tone Selection: Choose from multiple tones via Menu > Settings. Display Contrast: Adjust via Menu > Settings > Contrast. Headset Mode: Toggle between handset and headset via Headset button. Loudspeaker Volume: Adjust independently for ringer, speaker, handset.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug before cleaning. Use soft, dry cloth; avoid liquids and abrasive cleaners.

CAUTION! Do not spray cleaners directly on phone; keep away from heat sources.
