Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location near network connection with adequate ventilation and accessibility.
- Connect Network Cable: Connect the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the phone and to your network switch.
- Power Connection: Connect power adapter if not using Power over Ethernet (PoE), or ensure PoE switch is properly configured.
- Phone Registration: Wait for phone to boot and register with the Avaya communication server.
- Line Configuration: Configure additional lines through the phone's web interface or system administrator console.
- Test Line Pickup: Test the "Pick Up Another Line" feature by calling between configured extensions.
- Final Verification: Verify all lines are operational and pickup features work correctly.

Troubleshooting
