Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable desk surface.

  1. Connect to network: Use Ethernet cable from switch to phone's LAN port.
  2. Connect PC: Use second Ethernet cable from phone's PC port to computer.
  3. Connect handset: Plug coiled handset cord into handset jack.
  4. Power on: Phone receives power via PoE or optional power adapter.

WARNING! Use only approved power sources. Ensure cables are securely connected.

First-Time Setup

Phone boots and registers with IP telephony system.

  1. Check registration: Display should show extension number and system name.
  2. Set language: Press Settings button, navigate to User Preferences > Language.
  3. Adjust volume: Use volume keys during a call or for ringer volume at idle.

  5. Conference: During call, press Conference, dial second party, press Conference to join.
  6. Call Forward: Press Forward button or use menu to set forwarding destination.
  7. Redial: Press Redial button to call last dialed number.
  8. Voicemail: Press Message button to access voicemail (if configured).

WARNING! Do not use liquid cleaners on phone surfaces.
