Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable desk surface.

  1. Connect to network: Use Ethernet cable from switch to phone's LAN port.
  2. Connect PC: Use second Ethernet cable from phone's PC port to computer.
  3. Connect handset: Plug coiled cord into handset jack.
  4. Connect power: Use provided power adapter or Power over Ethernet (PoE).

WARNING! Use only approved power adapter. Ensure cables are securely connected to avoid damage.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network registration: Phone will obtain IP address via DHCP; contact administrator for static IP if needed.
  2. Extension configuration: Enter extension number and password as provided by system administrator.
  3. Set language: In SETTINGS menu, select preferred language (default ENGLISH).
  4. Adjust audio: Use volume controls to set handset, speaker, and ringer levels.

  5. Conference: Press CONFERENCE, dial first party, press CONFERENCE again, dial second party.
  6. Voicemail: Press MESSAGES key or dial voicemail access number.
  7. Directory: Press DIRECTORY to access personal and corporate directories.
  8. Call Logs: View missed, received, and dialed calls via CALL LOGS.
