Step-by-Step Installation
- System Planning: Determine the location for the IP Office control unit, ensuring proper ventilation and network connectivity.
- Network Configuration: Configure VLAN settings and QoS for voice traffic prioritization on your network switch.
- Phone Registration: Connect Avaya phones to the network and register them with the IP Office system using MAC addresses.
- Power Connection: Connect phones using PoE or dedicated power supplies as required by the model.
- Extension Programming: Program user extensions, voicemail boxes, and call routing rules through the system administrator interface.
- Trunk Configuration: Connect and configure SIP trunks or analog lines for external calling.
- System Testing: Test internal calls, external calls, voicemail, and all configured features.
