Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a well-ventilated location with access to network infrastructure and power outlets.
- Unpack and Inventory: Remove all components from packaging and verify all parts are present according to packing list.
- Connect to Network: Connect the IP Office control unit to your network switch using provided Ethernet cables.
- Power Connection: Connect the power supply to the control unit and plug into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Phone Configuration: Connect IP phones to network ports and allow them to obtain configuration from the IP Office server.
- System Initialization: Power on the system and follow the initialization wizard for basic configuration.
- Test System: Make test calls between extensions and to external lines to verify proper operation.
