Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location near network connection with proper ventilation and accessibility.
- Unpack Components: Remove all packaging materials including phone unit, handset, power adapter, and documentation.
- Network Connection: Connect the Ethernet cable from the phone to your network switch or IP Office system port.
- Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the phone and plug into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Handset Connection: Connect the handset cord to the designated port on the telephone base.
- Initial Boot: Allow the phone to boot up completely - this may take 2-3 minutes for initial configuration.
- Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts or contact your system administrator for IP settings and extension assignment.
