Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Network cable tester
  • Screwdriver set

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near network connection and power outlet on a stable surface.
  2. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and verify all components are present.
  3. Network Connection: Connect the Ethernet cable from the phone to your network switch or router.
  4. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the phone and plug into a power outlet.
  5. Initial Setup: Wait for the phone to boot up and obtain an IP address from the network.
  6. Configuration: Access the phone's web interface or use IP Office Manager to configure settings.
  7. Test Functionality: Test basic functions including dialing, receiving calls, and feature buttons.
