Step-by-Step Installation
- System Planning: Determine the location for the IP Office control unit, ensuring proper ventilation and access to power outlets.
- Network Configuration: Configure network settings including IP addressing, VLAN setup, and QoS parameters for voice traffic.
- Hardware Installation: Mount the IP Office control unit and connect power supply. Install expansion modules if required.
- Phone Connections: Connect IP phones to network ports using Ethernet cables. For digital phones, connect to appropriate expansion modules.
- Power Over Ethernet: Ensure PoE switches are properly configured to provide power to IP phones.
- System Programming: Access the IP Office Manager software to configure extensions, hunt groups, and call routing.
- Testing: Test all extensions, voicemail, and call features to ensure proper operation.
