Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from direct sunlight and moisture sources.
- Unpack and Inventory: Remove all components from packaging and verify all parts are present according to packing list.
- Mount the Control Unit: Mount the IP Office control unit in a secure location using provided mounting brackets.
- Connect Network Cables: Connect Ethernet cables from the control unit to your network switch and telephone handsets.
- Power Connection: Connect the power supply to the control unit and plug into a properly grounded electrical outlet.
- Handset Configuration: Configure individual telephone handsets according to user requirements and extensions.
- System Testing: Test all functions including internal calls, external calls, voicemail, and special features.
