Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Network cable tester
  • Screwdriver (flat head)
  • Power adapter (included)
  • Ethernet cable
  • Mounting bracket (for wall installation)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near network connection and power outlet on a stable surface.
  2. Unpack Components: Remove all packaging materials from the telephone and accessories.
  3. Connect Network Cable: Connect the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the telephone and to your network switch.
  4. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the telephone and plug into a properly grounded outlet.
  5. Handset Connection: Connect the handset cord to the telephone base and handset.
  6. Power On: Press the power button and wait for the telephone to boot and register with the IP Office system.
  7. Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts to configure basic settings or contact your system administrator.

Troubleshooting

Error Codes

  • No Service: Network connectivity issue - Check Ethernet connection and network settings

  • DNS Error: Cannot resolve server name - Check DNS settings or use IP address
