Step-by-Step Installation
- System Planning: Determine the number of users, required features, and network infrastructure before installation.
- Hardware Setup: Mount the IP Office control unit in a secure, ventilated location with proper power supply.
- Network Connection: Connect the IP Office system to your network switch using Ethernet cables.
- Phone Configuration: Connect Avaya IP phones to network ports; they will automatically receive power and configuration from the system.
- Software Installation: Install the IP Office Manager software on a Windows computer for system configuration.
- System Programming: Configure extensions, voicemail, auto-attendant, and call routing rules using the Manager software.
- Testing: Test all phones, features, and external lines to ensure proper operation.
