Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location near network connection with adequate ventilation and accessibility.
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and verify all components are present and undamaged.
- Network Connection: Connect the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the phone and to your network switch or router.
- Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the phone and plug into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Handset and Cables: Connect the handset cord to the phone base and handset. Connect optional headset if required.
- Power On: Press the power button and wait for the phone to boot and register with the IP Office system.
- Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts to configure basic settings or contact your system administrator for advanced setup.
